Booking Fee
Mood board encompassing all your ideas, desires and dreams is created for your approval.
List of all your chosen suppliers is confirmed and a meeting is set up with each of them to ensure we are all on board with your design.
A site visit, table set up and flower set up.
4 x one hour consultations in the months leading to your wedding (additional consultations can be arranged for an additional consultation fee).
1 final meeting 2 to 3 weeks before your wedding day.
Additional Consultations
We can meet you at any of your service providers for an additional fee.
Should you wish for us to view venues, dress shops, caterers, etc. we will gladly accompany you for an additional charge per venue, dress shop, etc. visited.
Emerald Package (6 hours)
We explain everything that is required to be completed to create your perfect day.
We contact and follow up with all your service providers to confirm services, times, payments etc.
We manage the deliveries and set-up of the décor, ensure your service providers arrive on time, etc. at your venue.
Diamond Package (12 hours)
We explain everything that is required to be completed to create your perfect day.
We contact and follow up with all your service providers to confirm services, times, payments etc.
We manage the deliveries and set-up of the décor, ensure your service providers arrive on time, etc. at your venue.
Have a meeting with you as a couple to ensure we are deliver on everything you as a couple require from us.
Create and implement the schedule of events, liaise with the venue’s planner and ensure they are on track with your schedule.
Meet your bridal entourage to brief them on the schedule of events and to answer any queries they might have. |
